The three house, 10.28 acre Hollywood Hills West compound of Sheryl Crow was finally sold this week for $11.085 million. Crow purchased the three houses separately in 1998 and combined them with paths, hiking trails, detailed landscaping and a Brazilian Ironwood bridge.
Located near the Runyon Canyon hiking trails and at the base of Nichols Canyon, this is some prime Hollywood Hills acreage. The main residence was built in 1924 and a remodel and restoration kept lots of the original details. The Spanish Revival style home has four bedrooms and 3.5 baths and includes a two story foyer, library and wine cellar and a music room, of course.
The other two properties on the site are a Craftsman style four bedroom three bath house and a three bed two bath cottage, which dates back to 1885.
Other amenities include an infinity pool, a playground and a pergola with stone fireplace and barbecue pit.
Crow now lives mostly in Nashville, where she owns several properties.
