Mountaingate is a popular gated neighborhood because of its ideal mountain top views and weather location just north of the prestigious Brentwood area in West Los Angeles. Fremont Place is a privately owned gated community with guarded security 24 hours/7 days a week. This exclusive neighborhood is located just south of Hancock Park on the south side of Wilshire Blvd and East of Rossmore. Fremont place features just 73 homes with the first home built in 1915.
