DIANNA AGRON LISTS HER BACHELORETTE PAD IN THE HOLLYWOOD HILLS FOR $1.595 MILLION

Dianna Agron, still best known for her cheerleader mean girl turn as Quinn Fabray in the crossover smash hit television series “Glee”, has listed her house in the Hollywood Hills. And if Agron had anything to do with the interior design of her former Sunset Strip home, she may have found her backup plan.

A private and gated driveway lined with mature Cypress trees welcomes guests to the fully renovated 2,494-square-foot house. The main quarters feature three bedrooms and two baths on a romantic, elegant and hedge-surrounded compound.

The house was originally built in 1926. Echoes of that era can still be seen in design elements like vaulted beamed ceilings, dramatic arches and angled walls. The rest of the of home feels thoroughly modern and oozes with style.

The grand living room has an oversized fireplace. Dark hardwood floors throughout ground the home in a “sophisticated yet comfortable aesthetic”.

The kitchen is an epicurean delight with a black and gold La Cornue oven, Fisher and Paykel double door dishwashers, and a Sub-Zero glass fronted refrigerator.

A spacious master suite has a lounge area, walk in closet and claw footed soaking tub.

Outdoors you’ll find a detached guesthouse complete with full bed and bath, living space and a private deck perfect for your visitors or more meditative moments.

The “Cote d’Azur swimming pool is a retreat on its own, with more areas for lounging and dining. Per the listing: “reminiscent of a Slim Aarons photograph, lazing by the pool with high society gatherings.”

No word on where Agron will call home next. Perhaps London, considering her upcoming nuptials to Mumford and Sons guitarist, Winston Marshall.

Agron purchased the tudor meats French style home in 2012 for $1.1 million. Current asking price is $1.595 million. Located just off the Cahuenga Pass and on the outskirts of Studio City and in the Hollywood Hills, this is a beautiful compound in a smoking hot area. It won’t last long.
