Sunset Hills

Sunset Hills AKA “Sunset Strip” is a small, affluent enclave of homes in Hollywood Hills. It is bordered by Laurel Canyon Blvd. on the east, San Vicente Blvd. on the west and Sunset Blvd. on the south, which is also the City of Los Angeles’ border with the City of West Hollywood. Primary access roads in the Sunset Strip are Kings Road, Queens Road, little Hollywood Blvd., and Sunset Plaza Drive. Sunset Strip is considered the main drag of Hollywood Hills which is home to such landmarks as the Art Deco Sunset Tower Hotel, The Comedy Store, House of Blues, and my personal favorite, Chateau Marmont Hotel. In the middle of the Sunset Strip, Sunset Blvd. offers a row of trendy shops and restaurants condensed in a two block stretch called Sunset Plaza. On each side of Sunset Blvd. the Sunset Strip is lined with chic hotels and hot spots such as The Mondrian Hotel, members only SOHO House and excellent restaurants including Katana, BOA Steak House and Il Sole. A neighborhood of multi-level homes clinging to dramatically rising hills; the Sunset Strip residents enjoy seclusion and staggering views of Los Angeles real estate. Hollywood Hills homes in the Sunset Strip area typically range from $2-3 million for small multi-level houses, with some larger homes with a pool and views exceeding $10 million.
