Larchmont Village

Larchmont Village is a quaint and friendly shopping district is the commercial heart of Hancock Park Los Angeles centered on a one-block strip of Larchmont Boulevard between Beverly Boulevard and 3rd Street. The Larchmont Village area’s geographical location within the Windsor Square neighborhood receives patronage from nearby Hancock Park, to the west, and Hollywood adjacent to the north. Home to the Larchmont Chronicle, the beloved Larchmont Village serves as a Main Street retail district to Hancock Park, Windsor Square and nearby Paramount Studios. Larchmont Village maintains a small town feel and serves as a local’s community gathering place. Enjoy the charm of a day spent on Larchmont experiencing a variety of wonderful ethnic restaurants, sidewalk cafes and upscale boutiques. The 1936 Three Stooges and False Alarms used both Third Street and Larchmont Boulevard as their filming locations. In the 1940s “Keystone Cops” chases were filmed on Larchmont Blvd. Today many of the local homes are used to film commercials and movies.
