Hollywood Heights

Hollywood Heights is a small neighborhood of Hollywood Hills homes in Los Angeles bounded east to west by Highland Avenue and Outpost Drive, Franklin Avenue on the south and the famous Hollywood Bowl to the north. The 101 Freeway and Hollywood Landmarks border the Hollywood Heights neighborhood including the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Grauman’s Chinese Theatre, The Magic Castle, Hollywood Bowl and the newly built Kodak Theatre in the Hollywood & Highland center. Many of the home styles are influenced by the area’s overwhelming Hollywood history which clearly exude an unmistakable “Old Hollywood” design. Most of the homes still retain their original classic Hollywood architecture and are built close together into the hillside on small narrow streets. On average, the home sizes are approximately 1,500 to 2,000 square feet and range in price from $1-$2million. This neighborhood is one of the more affordable areas for Hollywood Hills homes.
