Oscar winning actress Jennifer Lawrence has purchased a 5,500 square foot house in the Beverly Hills flats for $8.25 million. The five bedroom six bath French-countryside-meets-the-Hamptons style home is located in the gated community of Hidden Valley.
The secluded home features lush landscaping, a koi pond and a stepping stone path to its pool. Other amenities include an updated kitchen, home gym and high cielings throughout.
The house has a sparkling history of owners, including Ellen Degeneres, Jessica Simpson, Rick Yorn and Summer Redstone. It was last sold only a year ago for nearly two million less at $6.4 million.
